I was provided with timely and helpful support from the testing to the treatment phase for my OSA. The consultations provided wasn’t pressured nor judgemental, but focused on my treatment goals and well-being. As a healthcare professional, I appreciate CanSleep’s patient-centred approach to care. CanSleep should be commended for coordinating my access to the required equipment seamlessly, without interference to my treatment start. Their approach to care should be modelled by those in the health service industry.
