As the safety of our patients and team members remains our top priority, our clinics will be following the necessary provincial guidelines and safety measures. We have implemented strict protocols in order to limit the spread of infection and maintain a safe environment.

CanSleep clinics are open to support you. To continue to ensure safety in our communities we are available and encourage either virtual or telephone appointments.
Our contactless pickup and online store options will remain available for your convenience.

Social Distancing in effect

• We ask that all patients who enter the clinic please keep your physical distance and follow guidelines posted on floors and walls
• Please only enter the clinic at the time of your appointment as we are limiting the number of patients allowed in the waiting room
• We have changed our work stations and work schedules to reduce the number of our Team members at each clinic.

Personal care

• Hand sanitizer stations are available for all patients to use as they enter and exit the clinic
• We ask that all patients wear a mask or a disposable one will be provided
• Our Team members are washing hands thoroughly on a regular basis throughout the day.

Office care

• All high touch points throughout the clinic will be sanitized regularly
• All staff are required to follow provincial guidelines and ensure they are taking preventative measures

Contactless pick-up and delivery

• We are offering contactless curb-side pick-up and free delivery options for CPAP devices or any purchased equipment
• Home sleep studies are also still available for patients who would like to begin CPAP testing

Virtual Appointments

• We ask that if you are feeling ill or have any symptoms to set up an at home video or telephone appointment by booking online or calling the clinic at 604-468-5854
• These appointments are still available for any patient who wishes to stay home
